Alexandros Svestonof

He graduated from the School of Dentistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2018, with the grade “Very Good”. In the first years of his career he worked at the Monogyios Dental Specialists clinic in Glyfada, alongside periodontist Iakovos Monogyios.

During his military service he served as a dentist at the Samos Military Hospital, in charge of the Dental Department. He then volunteered his services as a general dentist at the 401 Military Hospital until the end of his service.

In 2021 he began his training in France, where he completed the Certificat d’Études Supérieures (CES) in Periodontology at the Université de Strasbourg. He was subsequently admitted to the three-year postgraduate program in Periodontology and Implantology at Université Paris Cité, accredited by the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP).

His clinical training took place at the Hôpital Rothschild in Paris and covered the full range of modern periodontal and peri-implant therapy, from non-surgical and regenerative to mucogingival surgery, as well as the placement of dental implants. At the same time he worked in private dental clinics in Paris, in collaboration with different dental specialties.

After completing his specialization he returned to Greece. Today he practices as a periodontist and implantologist in Athens, handling cases of periodontics, implantology and peri-implant diseases at Dental-i. He speaks Greek, English and French fluently.
